摘 要

變速恒頻控制系統(tǒng)是一套基于工業(yè)控制計算機和數(shù)字信號處理器(DSP)的風力發(fā)電機組DCS控制系統(tǒng)。主要任務是將發(fā)電機切入和切除電網(wǎng),并管理來自不同傳感器(風電機組內(nèi)部傳感器,電網(wǎng)電壓電流變送器等)的全部信息。根據(jù)采集的數(shù)據(jù),計算機程序?qū)⒆詣右宰罴押妥畎踩姆绞綀?zhí)行所有的控制操作。計算機實時監(jiān)控全部閥值參數(shù)。系統(tǒng)可以自動采集和存儲運行數(shù)據(jù)。利用表格和圖形方式調(diào)用存儲區(qū)中的各種信息和歷史紀錄。采用全漢化人機界面,用戶可以通過液晶顯示器觀察各種數(shù)據(jù)和系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),調(diào)節(jié)設定。功率開關(guān)板,保護控制裝置設在地面塔內(nèi),測量部分放在塔上。還可通過電話線和調(diào)制解調(diào)器(或RS-485)在中央控制室中對風力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)進行遠程監(jiān)測通信。功耗低、操作簡單方便,適用范圍廣。通過本題目的研究和制作,掌握變速恒頻風力發(fā)電控制系統(tǒng)的自動控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理及自動控制系統(tǒng)電路的設計與開發(fā),分析風力機運行特性及其最佳風能利用原理,以及雙饋電機的運行特性和能量轉(zhuǎn)換特性、它在可再生能源發(fā)電領(lǐng)域的良好應用前景,通過仿真驗證了采用直流電機模擬的風力給予雙饋發(fā)電機共同組成的變速恒頻風力機系統(tǒng)運行在風力機最佳功率曲線上的可行性,證明了可以控制轉(zhuǎn)子電流,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的變速恒頻運行,雙饋發(fā)電機由風力機拖動其旋轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)電。其三相定子繞組與電網(wǎng)相連;轉(zhuǎn)子繞組為正交的兩相繞組,并經(jīng)由IGBT組成的交直交雙向變頻器與電網(wǎng)相連。同時對國內(nèi)外風力發(fā)電的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了概述,指出了風力發(fā)電的發(fā)展趨勢和研究方向。

The variable-speed and constant-frequency controlling system is a wind-power generation unit DCS controlling system, which is based on industrial controlling computer and digital signal processor (DSP),Its primary mission is to make the generator join in or cut off from the different sensors.(internal sensor of wind electrical machinery, transmitter of electrical network’s voltage and current).According to the date gathered, the computer program will automatically execute all controlling operation in the best and safest way. And the computer can real time monitor all the threshold parameters. The system can automatically collect and memory the performance date through forms and graphs. to invoke each sort of information and historical records, and through the entire Chinese-characterized interface between machine and humans, to make the user observe variable date and the condition of the system at the liquid-crystal display, adjusting the settings. For the power keyboard, the device for protection is located in the ground tower and that for measurment is placed on the tower. The system can also remote control the wind-power generating system in central controlling hall, using telephone line and the modem (or RS485). And the system is widely used for its low consumption. And convenient operation. Through the research and manufacture of this subject, the principle and circuit of the automatic system, part of the variable-speed and constant-frequency, for best using the wind power are analyzed, the performance and energy converting characteristics are discussed, finally its fine application in the generation of renewable energy electric is forecast. Through the simulation, it is confirmed that, the wind power simulated by electrical machinery of direct current can afford the variable-speed and-constant-frequency wind power system, which is composed by double-fed electrical machinery the feasibility of performance at the best power trace. Then, the control of current is proved, realizing variable-speed and constant-frequency performance of the system. Its three-phase stator winding is connected to the electrical networks by the direct-alternating-direct bi-directional converter which is computer by IGBT. Meanwhile, the paper outlines the domestic and foreign developing of the wind-power generation and its present situation, pointing out the developing tendency and researching direction.
