報道稱，目前俄羅斯與歐盟委員會正在討論舉行雙邊天然氣談判的日期，雙邊談判上可以確定三邊談判的日期。俄羅斯能源部長亞歷山大·諾瓦克此前表示，他與歐盟能源專員岡瑟·歐廷格的會談大概在7月17日至18日舉行。歐盟委員會沒有公布確切日期。
據(jù)報道，歐盟委員會此前表示，希望在暑期(歐委會認為8月為暑期)之前就天然氣問題組織新一輪俄烏歐三邊部長級會晤。消息人士表示，磋商“還可能在8月舉行”。
據(jù)此前消息，俄氣公司經(jīng)過漫長無果的談判后，從6月16日開始將烏克蘭轉為供氣預付款制度，原因是烏方欠下數(shù)十億債務，如今烏克蘭輸氣系統(tǒng)運輸?shù)闹皇嵌須鉃闅W洲提供的中轉天然氣。
