【專家解說】:1.逆變器 逆變器由863聯(lián)合體提供國產(chǎn)合肥陽光電源有限公司的產(chǎn)品。其中200千瓦常規(guī)平板固定系統(tǒng)采用1臺SG250K3并網(wǎng)逆變器,100千瓦常規(guī)平板固定系統(tǒng)、100千瓦單軸跟蹤系統(tǒng)和100千瓦雙軸跟蹤系統(tǒng)分別采用1臺SG100K3并網(wǎng)逆變器。 2.太陽能電池組件 太陽能電池組件選用單晶體硅電池組件,其工作電壓為35V,開路電壓約為45V。每個光伏陣列按照16塊電池組件串聯(lián)進行設(shè)計,其中200千瓦的并網(wǎng)單元配置76個光伏陣列,100千瓦固定安裝單元配置36個光伏陣列,兩個100千瓦的并網(wǎng)單元各配置36個光伏陣列,整個系統(tǒng)配置2944塊電池組件,總功率為500.48kWp。 3.單軸跟蹤系統(tǒng):每日晨7時左右太陽板從平開始向東轉(zhuǎn)動,轉(zhuǎn)至起始位置(約朝東50度),從上午9點50分(太陽時8點40)以后開始每4分鐘從東到西正轉(zhuǎn)跟蹤1度。到下午4點半左右(太陽時15點20)跟蹤停止,這時太陽電池板在朝西終止位置(約朝西50度)。下午7點10分左右太陽電池板從朝西終止位置反轉(zhuǎn)到平 4.雙軸跟蹤系統(tǒng):定義電池板初始位置為方位角朝南,高度角與水平夾角5度。每天早上5點10分左右太陽電池板俯仰電機從平反轉(zhuǎn)到朝東起始位置,方位電機從朝南轉(zhuǎn)到朝東日出位置,每天從日出時間開始跟蹤,日落時間停止跟蹤,夏至?xí)r約為太陽時19點06分停止,春秋分約為太陽時17點零58分,冬至約為太陽時16點零54分。方位角最大為夏至?xí)r朝東120度至朝西120度,全程240度;高度角全程為與水平夾角5度到與水平夾角76度,全程71度。當風(fēng)力大于6(10.8m-13.3m/s)級且持續(xù)30秒電池板轉(zhuǎn)到初始位置;風(fēng)力小于4級(5.5m-7.9m/s)且持續(xù)35分鐘恢復(fù)跟蹤。 5.電站系統(tǒng)接入方式 電站上網(wǎng)電壓為10千伏,并入距電站2公里的10千伏網(wǎng),該網(wǎng)歸屬武威電力局代管的涼州區(qū)農(nóng)電局管轄的農(nóng)網(wǎng)。計量點設(shè)在電站10 千伏出線側(cè),關(guān)口點的電能表采用0.2級。電站升壓至10千伏,以架空線路“T”接到長城變電站125新地線治沙站分支10#桿,新建10千伏架空線路約0.5公里,輸出變壓器容量采用630千伏安。 四、電站運營 本太陽能電站原設(shè)計年發(fā)電利用小時數(shù)為:1500小時;年發(fā)電量為:75萬千瓦時。 由于對對風(fēng)沙遮蔽及全日跟蹤和單軸跟蹤系統(tǒng)可靠性考慮不足,以及沒有后備電源和電網(wǎng)不穩(wěn)定等眾多因素的影響,電站實際發(fā)電量未能達到設(shè)計狀態(tài)。 2009年全年發(fā)電量:592MW;全年利用小時數(shù):1184小時;每天發(fā)電利用小時數(shù):3.94小時。 截至目前,項目還未取得國家相關(guān)電價補貼。對電站持續(xù)可靠運營帶來困難。 1.
