中巴民用核能合作及其對(duì)巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響【摘要】:世界各國(guó)對(duì)電力的需求正在日漸增長(zhǎng),巴基斯坦也不例外。目前,巴基斯坦正在竭盡全力解決國(guó)內(nèi)的能源危機(jī)。能源需求劇增的原因是大規(guī)模的工業(yè)

【摘要】:世界各國(guó)對(duì)電力的需求正在日漸增長(zhǎng),巴基斯坦也不例外。目前,巴基斯坦正在竭盡全力解決國(guó)內(nèi)的能源危機(jī)。能源需求劇增的原因是大規(guī)模的工業(yè)擴(kuò)張和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,敦促著人們需求可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能源需求解決方案。事實(shí)上,在貧窮人數(shù)少于5%的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,人們的能源消費(fèi)相比貧窮人口占多數(shù)的國(guó)家人們的能源消費(fèi)要多得多。這說(shuō)明,電力是經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要支柱。本文將就中巴核電合作對(duì)巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響進(jìn)行研究,并就目前發(fā)電技術(shù)危機(jī)對(duì)巴基斯坦的影響提出見(jiàn)解。然后,本文將對(duì)中國(guó)的電力部門進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹,并提出提高巴基斯坦發(fā)電能力的建議。本文由九部分組成,帶領(lǐng)讀者從零開(kāi)始建立對(duì)行業(yè)的理解,并提出問(wèn)題的解決方法。本文的第一部分包括背景介紹,文獻(xiàn)綜述,大綱和框架,研究方法和創(chuàng)新。通過(guò)對(duì)中巴之前和目前的民用核電合作的分析,和對(duì)廣大學(xué)者的意見(jiàn)綜述,本文認(rèn)為電力部門的信息源是非??傄?。這一部分的重要目標(biāo)是為當(dāng)前的合作提供建議。本文的第二部分主要介紹了關(guān)于國(guó)際合作的定義和基本理論。這些理論包括不同學(xué)者在兩國(guó)不同領(lǐng)域合作的研究。為后文的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。這一部分也會(huì)介紹后文研究合作對(duì)巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響所使用的研究方法。本文的第三部分主要是介紹巴基斯坦電力部門現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,并且會(huì)給出電力部門組織結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)電技術(shù)的定義。這一章會(huì)對(duì)電力危機(jī)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹并分析其對(duì)巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,同時(shí),本章將會(huì)分析電力部門的主要問(wèn)題和發(fā)電技術(shù)的重要性。本文的第四部分是關(guān)于中國(guó)電力部門發(fā)展的案例研究,并會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)電技術(shù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹。這一章會(huì)分析中國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中所遇到的問(wèn)題。本章進(jìn)行案例分析的目的是為巴基斯坦電力部門的發(fā)展提供建議,促進(jìn)其平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。本文的第五部分介紹的是中巴之間正在進(jìn)行的民用核電合作。這一章將對(duì)合作的目的,背景,合作發(fā)展前景和預(yù)期收益進(jìn)行分析。本文的第六部分通過(guò)計(jì)量分析的方法研究中巴合作對(duì)巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。本文的第七部分對(duì)核能的經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境影響進(jìn)行了研究,并分析了環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)兩者之間的關(guān)系。這一部分將以福島核電站泄漏事件作為分析案例。本文的第八部分主要是提出意見(jiàn)和建議。本文的第九部分是結(jié)論與展望。這一部分對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并且指出了未來(lái)的研究方向。 【關(guān)鍵詞】:中巴 合作 經(jīng)濟(jì)影響 民用核能 發(fā)電
