英國首輛生態(tài)公交車即將投入運營 以大便作燃料

　　據(jù)英國《鏡報》3月15日報道，英國首輛生態(tài)公交車將于3月底在布里斯托市正式投入運營。該公交車由生物甲烷驅(qū)動，而作為燃料的甲烷則是通過人類糞便、污水和廚余垃圾發(fā)酵而成，上路后可消耗超過3.2萬戶家庭產(chǎn)生的生活糞便和垃圾?！　?/p>

　　據(jù)悉，這輛可運載40人的“便便車”由英國西英格蘭福斯特公交公司負責運營。雖然該車曾于2014年秋天亮相，并負責從布里斯托機場到巴斯的線路，但尚未在城市中運行。此次，“便便車”將于3月25日正式在布里斯托市中心投入使用，為2號線路提供服務(wù)，一周運行4天。

　　公交公司總經(jīng)理弗里曼(Freeman)表示，生物公交車將引發(fā)人們對于最佳燃料選擇和環(huán)境保護的思考與討論。若此次運營成功，將有更多生物公交車在英國城市中投入使用。
