　　據(jù)英國路透社網(wǎng)站10月27日消息， 礦業(yè)及能源企業(yè)必和必拓(BHP Billiton)當天表示，計劃出售美國費耶特維爾頁巖氣資產(chǎn)。這是該公司削減這類資產(chǎn)組合、著力于利潤更豐厚的液態(tài)石油的最新動作。

　　必和必拓是全球最大礦業(yè)企業(yè)，其石油部門是美國陸地油氣領域最大的外國投資者之一。由于能源的市場前景比其他大宗商品更加光明，該部門在必和必拓內(nèi)部的重要性日益提升。

　　但在石油業(yè)務領域內(nèi)部，必和必拓明確表示，打算將精力集中于美國的液態(tài)產(chǎn)品，這部分業(yè)務更有利可圖。

　　該公司在倫敦召開投資者見面會時還表示，只有報價比未披露的底價高時，公司才會推進此項交易。
