　　英國(guó)《金融時(shí)報(bào)》10月28日?qǐng)?bào)道，原油價(jià)格的下降已經(jīng)開始觸及大型能源公司的收益。英國(guó)石油和英國(guó)天然氣集團(tuán)周二公布第三季度業(yè)績(jī)下降，部分原因由于石油價(jià)格的下降。第三季度，每桶石油價(jià)格同比和環(huán)比平均下降了8美元。

　　價(jià)格暴跌同時(shí)導(dǎo)致石油生產(chǎn)大國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)受損，石油輸出國(guó)組織為確保市場(chǎng)份額，只是降價(jià)而不是減產(chǎn)。墨西哥被迫重新起草2015年預(yù)算，修正其預(yù)計(jì)收入。

　　石油價(jià)格下降的原因主要是北美頁(yè)巖油的供應(yīng)激增和中國(guó)這個(gè)世界第二大石油消費(fèi)國(guó)需求放緩。
